Ethernet not working on OrangePi Zero 2W expansion board

I tried several ways but it seems that the expansion board of my OrangePi Zero 2W did not connect to my ethernet network.
What could be the problem ? It seems the user manual say it should auto connect.

I know my board is fine because i connect trough WiFi but i need to change now the Wifi name.

The board has Ubuntu with the server version.
