"Orange Pi 3B" How to use Android's USB ADB?

I want to run Android on "ORANGE PI3B" and use USB ADB.


In the "Orangepi3B User Manual", there is a "Developer options" > "USB OTG Mode Switch" item that explains how to switch OTG.
However, when I run the actual OS image, it does not appear.


And I downloaded the Android source code directly, built it, and uploaded it, but it was the same.
The “USB OTG Mode Switch” item does not appear.


And the following log continues to appear in the kernel message.
