Problems with OPi 5 Plus

So I continue to find failure when it comes to installing an OS to this board. I cannot successfully install Android or OPi OS Droid to the EMMc and I continue to get error messages with regards to RK Dev Tool v3.15 and installing these OS's.

I have a question: What EXACTLY does RK Driver Assistant v5.12 do? The instructions in the Owners Manual say that I should press the "Driver Install" button to install the Rockchip Driver, but WHERE does this application install the driver to? there are ZERO prompts to direct me to send the driver to the appropriate place, so where does this app install the driver to????? And what is it SUPPOSED to do?

I do have the OPi OS (Droid) installed to the TF card, and it runs... but it is the ONLY thing that I have been able to successfully do so far.

Very disappointed with my purchase. More disappointed in the Owners Manual and the lack of clarity in the instructions.

I have had ZERO luck with this board as far as installing an OS to the EMMc. Not sure whether the EMMc is faulty or if it is installed correctly but I have had nothing but failure in this.

I AM LOOKING FOR SOME ASSISTANCE FROM THE COMMUNITY, AS I AM A NOVICE IN THIS.

I have tried running BalenaEtcher on my computer (Win 7 64bit) but all I get once it installs is a BLANK WINDOW. (WTF????) That is using both versions (Portable and Hard Install)

I am also looking for someone local to me to assist in this endeavor.
