How to change the splash screen animation Android

How can we change the boot animation screen when building android from source for OrangePI series

dont know what version of Orange PI you got, but i found  that in Android image for PI 3 LTS there is a folder with this animation that i believe you can change. didnt try it yet.
I unpacked the Android img file with MultiImageKitchen software (or imgRepaker),   in resulting folder you will see a lot of .fex files and few folders   there was system folder  which contained another system folder and another one with the same name - where there is a media folder.
so the path looked like this.
OrangeAndroid9mod.img.dump\system\system\system\media
it contais the bootanimation zip archive with animation files.
try if this works for you.

I'm trying to change the boot animation on orange pi zero 2w android 12 TV with the Ads test application but I can't do it. There is no system/media folder, where is this bootanimation located?
