Please Help how do I restore O Pi 800 Emmc OS?

I've had my Pi800 for like a week now and managed to FUBAR the O/S install on the emmc, so Now I'm running of an SD Card, and I'm still happy with the machine, but it's slowed down a lot, does anybody know how to restore the emmc Please ?
