orange pi plus 2 freezes with in some time

hello,
i have a new orange pi plus 2 board when i install kali, fedora or any other distro then it boots up properly but within some amount of time my whole desktop freezes an i m unable to perform any action, it happens with every os i try, i dont undrstand what's the problem please help me.

Do you intall a heat sink? H3 chip is very hot and overheats even on trivial tasks without a cooling.

ya yesterday i bought a heatsink but then also it crashed, so i noticed my heatsink is pretty hot then i removed a fan out of my old pc and kept it on top of my device n now its been 3-4 hours m working on my pi n it haven't crashed

i heard there's a new kernel for pi pc which reduces the heating problem, do u know about that..???
