I succsfully install RetroArch 13 on Debian Jessie manually. But I cannot play metal slug. Can you play metal slug? Cardillacs and Dinosaurs works with lag sometime. This game below also cannot load.

@melanrz, I have successfully installed as described on Lubuntu(Orange Pi PC). Though I have a doubt, will it improve video playing in lubuntu? As currently I am unable to play video on lubuntu with SM Player and even after installing this there is no improvement at all. Am I missing something? Is it possible to use X1 Kodi source code(Kodi source code is shared by Zidoo ) and compile it on lubuntu, will it help?

Well... not video but plain text: MALI for mainline and working out of the box in the 3.4 kernel refer to this: Armbian.

And no: this will not give you video acceleration for your (explicit) movies. For what is possible regarding video acceleration, refer to Cedrus and libvdpau.
