Orange Pi Lite can not boot ?

Hello everyone,,
Dear Orange Pi Members,

My Orange Pi Lite just arrived, I was happy,
but when I tried to boot with ubuntu LXDE, it can not boot,
I can not see power LED is on as well,
I connected the power from connector 3, pin 2 to 5V and pin 6 to ground,
but it didn't response, nothing.

I burned my sdcard with Ubuntu from shell with dd command,
dd if=opiubuntuimage.img of=/dev/sdb status=progress bs=10M,
it worked ok, and I can read my sdcard well on my computer.

Anyone knows about this case ?

anyone knows about these issues why I am not able to boot the number of ship and the things that are included in here I think other software is crashed or there are some other problems regarding this hope you diamonds rings for cheap guys help me to know about the issues that I will face or get me the technical service for more services
