I'm having the same problem. The OS comes up - but none of the software packages load. I tried putting on a google play apk to force the issue - but it too will not load.

Hi, have you checked the image you used? It should be download from the official website accordingly. If you fail, pls try to download again.

I have the same problem, nothing works on android. I tried the official image, with the google drive as well with Baidu. I also tried Armbian and he is not working properly, it can not connect to wifi. Lubuntu link is not good, all operating systems are not usable. What happens to Orange pi lite?

Hi, could you pls try to use lubuntu? In this way to figure out the cause by hardware or software.

As I said, google drive lubuntu link does not work, baidu requires a user name and password.

After i reading this post I feel that this orange software project still not in fully control. I have the most expensive model (orange pi 2 plus). Official Android working without play store (I tryed to install apk from mirror pages but no lucky). Linux distributions is slow in my board (no hw acceleration (and/or need additional settings) only works on Android). Private users make some images here in forum (respect them) but unfortunately I can't find correct for op p2. Best image what I found is from some Android box (boot logo is Android tv box) play store works excellent YouTube full screen, 4k video also works (from lg g4 camera) but no sata.... Yeah not official from orange pi team but still better what they made.... Sorry team that's is the true. When I read here post, I feel we all made a mistake from this brand. We just want a fully and simply working Android. From linux side armbian is the best (respect to team for hard work).. In this case my question is: should we wait for something good image or simply forget this board name?
