Digital banks are still kind of controversial for many people, especially those who are more used to going to a branch and talking to a specialist face to face. I’m pretty sure the younger generation is totally fine with a banking app to handle everything, open new cards, transfer, pay, and basically use all banking services. I personally go for convenience and speed, and digital banks definitely win there.
