Wifi usb dongle not work

I have EDUP8085GS usb wifi dongle witch use RTL8188CUS chipset.
I plug the donge to my orange pi one witch use Raspbian OS.
The dongle LED was not turned on and when I use "sudo ifconfig" there is no wlan0 interface.
I had user "sudo apt-get upgate" and "sudo apt-get update" commands for updating OS; but noting had been changed.
I use "lsusb" and one of the result is:

Bus 006 Device 002: ID 0bda:8176 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8188CUS 802.11n WLAN Adapter

I had use "ifup wlan0" and result is :

wpa_supplicant: /sbin/wpa_supplicant daemon failed to start
run-parts: /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/wpasupplicant exited with return code 1
Failed to connect to wpa_supplicant - wpa_ctrl_open: No such file or directory
wpa_supplicant: /sbin/wpa_cli daemon failed to start
run-parts: /etc/network/if-up.d/wpasupplicant exited with return code 1

what should i have to do to use wifi?

$ sudo apt-get install firmware-ralink

"rtl8192cufw.bin" is downloaded from here and it's copied in "/lib/firmware/rtlwifi/".
https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/tree/rtlwifi/

$ sudo mkdir /lib/firmware/rtlwifi
$ sudo cp -p rtl8192cufw.bin /lib/firmware/rtlwifi
$ sudo reboot

$ sudo nmcli d wifi connect {SSID of AP} password {password of AP}
$ sudo ifconfig

I have done what you was saying; but wifi led not turned on and "ifconfig" not showed wlan0.
what is wrong?

Aren't any errors shown to dmesg?

Please show us a result of nmcli device.

nmcli command not worked.
no such command found.

befor copy frimware to lib directory. I was checking directory and found that frimwares.but I copy and replace lib file.
still there is no wlan interface when use ifconfige or changing /etc/wpa.../wpa_... file for configuring of wlan0.
I think problem is from kernel.because OS is for raspberry pi and ported for H3 CPUs.
