It happens in both Linux and Android

Have you checked the connections? Try changing the HDMI cable as well, since that might be causing the problem...

Cable was Ok. It started to work normally today.
I am not sure what was wrong.

I have the same problem. Has anyone found a solution ?
The same cable works well with raspberry pi
