Orange Pi Zero connection with sensors

Hello everyone,

I'm a real beginner and want to ask you some questions about connecting sensors to Orange Pi Zero and how to monitor their values. I have BME680 sensor and MQ-2 sensor. I want to connect them to my Orange Pi and to monitor temperature, humidity, gas and etc.
First, should I solder pins to BME680 and other pins to Orange Pi and to connect them using jumper cable?
Second, how to connect MQ-2 sensor to Orange Pi, because it has Digital and Analogue outputs except Ground and VCC and I don't know which from Digital or Analogue to connect to Orange Pi and in which pin?
And last, could you recommend me some IoT platform in which I can connect my device and monitor the values from the sensors and also receive notifications to my phone if some of the values are above?
