Orange Pi 3 does not see SD card.

the Orange Pi 3 H6 2GB LPDDR3 + 8GB flash memory recorded by Android ZIDOO H6 Pro . the device turns on, but does not see the Internet! I wanted to roll back to the original Android, it does not work ... if the device does not see the SD card, although the red led is lit near the SD card.. if I make a boot disk Android ZIDOO H6 Pro, the device boots the system and sees the SD card. What am I to do? how to return the original Android?
