ORANGE WIN PLUS - WIFI AP problem

hello i install debian from orange img. Instal and configure hostapad for AP but don't work.process is up

but when i scan my network i dont see activ this ssid  (test) , i try with debian dekstop and create hotspot but same...all show that must work but he don't.... all  configuration work perfect with orangeplus 2 and  2e, but with WIN PLUS not....any help pls?
