I have made my new distro based on RetroPie-Setup and Armbian for Orange Pi devices.

All H3 devices are supported.

You can find download at www.nintendont.it

All emulator installed are updatable using RetroPie-Setup. Emulationstation are updatable to last version and on experimental section you can compile custom version with support for standby and resolution settings.
Splashscreen are installable and support official RetroPie splash screen (IMG and MP4).
