I was fortunate enough to get Win Plus without the noise issue, but from my past experience I can tell you this:
- Try another power supply. Preferrably not a generic PoS marketed as 5V2A cellphone charger, but a high-quality 5V 2+A PSU.
- Try to add a 100uF capacitor on the power input. Sometimes it helps (did that on my old Cubietruck few years ago)

Also, check where the noise is coming from. If it's PMU chip, then you can try and cover it with something (small RAM heatsink, or soft thermal pad) to partially block the noise.

Looks OK.
Did you check if the sound is coming from PMU or some other component?
