Need help to setup monitor with HDMI->DVI Debian OPi Win Plus/ OPi Zero 2 H3

Hi Everybody.
Recently I bought two boards OPi Win Plus and OPi Zero Plus2 H3 and faced with problem.
I saw in topics that HDMI -> DVI converter is not a good idea but I've no other option to connect to my monitor.
For Armbian I found that there is a script.bin file in /BOOT that can be converted to script.fex and customize hdmi params (http://www.orangepi.org/orangepi ... wthread&tid=475), but after running sunxi-tools on my laptop I got this error
E: fexc-bin: Malformed data: version 36424.1.2.
So I changed to Debian. I can access to my OPi Win Plus throw ssh, but still my monitor is not working.
Same thing on Zero2.
Can somebody help me to figure out with this problem?
