lost usb port after power off/on

hi
i have a device that is connect to "orange pi one" with usb cable . my device is a serial gateway for other smart device (sensors and etc...) and must connect to board for always. but in orange pi if power off/on , usb port can not detect so i must disconnect/connect usb cable once so work again...
this is a great problem for me. please help
