Creative testing can become surprisingly messy when you have several angles, formats and restrictions to consider. I recently came across an article on the HuntMe blog called “How to Prepare Creatives for Testing: Angles, Hypotheses, Restrictions, and Signs of Creative Fatigue”. It covers the preparation stage and explains why it’s useful to have clear hypotheses before launching tests. I also liked the section about creative fatigue because it’s easy to keep using something simply because it worked before. Good practical material for anyone who regularly tests advertising creatives.
