Hi everyone,
I’m seeing a strange issue on my Orange Pi 5 Plus when booting from NVMe and using an external USB 3.0 SSD at the same time.
The system works normally at idle, but during larger file transfers or heavier I/O load, the USB SSD sometimes disconnects and reconnects by itself. I’ve already tried a different cable, another enclosure, and system updates, but the Drift Hunters issue still appears.
Has anyone experienced something similar with NVMe + USB 3 storage on Orange Pi? I’d love to know whether this is more likely related to power delivery, kernel/driver behavior, or SSD enclosure compatibility. |
