Can you really buy property in Turkey without visiting?

Has anyone here bought property in Turkey remotely? I’m based in Germany and can’t travel there right now, but I’ve seen a few listings online that look great. I’m just not sure how reliable the process is if I’m not physically there to sign things or check the place out.

Yes, it’s definitely possible — I went through the whole thing last year. I used the Best real estate agency in Turkey , and they handled everything online, including video tours and all the legal documentation. They even helped me with a power of attorney so I didn’t have to fly in just to sign papers. The team explained every cost upfront and kept me updated at each step. I was surprised at how organized everything was — they coordinated with lawyers, banks, and even set up utilities for me. It took about a month from start to finish. If you find the right agency, it’s totally doable.

I bought property in Spain remotely once, and the key was transparency. If they give you live updates and documentation, it can be done safely. Just avoid small brokers with no track record.
