Backporting some features to 3.4 kernel

Hi,

Currently I'm try to run (on Openelec) runC.
I succesfuly build this, but this crappy old kernel has missing some features.
RunC can supported old kernels, but with some backported patches
(https://github.com/opencontainer ... ibcontainer/SPEC.md)

I need to backport feature related to

http://cateee.net/lkddb/web-lkddb/MEMCG.html

Is anyody know where I can find patches ?
Is it possible that anybody done it before ?
