Play .mp3 file after boot up completed

I'm using R1 Plus LTS and connected Pin 2(ground), 7, 8 to left and right speakers.

Pulseaudio and mpg123 were installed to play test.mp3. The file was played successfully, but no audio was heard.

What could have gone wrong? Or is there anyway to debug the issue?
