After receiving my OPI PC I tried booting Ubuntuimage by Loboris and using the settings for TVout by magicse.
There was a signal on tv but very distorted, tilted, unusable. It seemed like there was some interference. So Ichecked the OPI PC schematics to find out:

and then looked for PJ-3533 jack pinout on google to find out thatthere are two jacks with the same name but on one the pinout is likeit should be by OPI PC schematic(pins 1 and 2 shortened when jack isinserted) while on other pins 1 and 5 are shortened when jack isinserted.

Of course the problem was that on my OPI PC board (ver 1.2) it wasthe wrong jack installed that shortens AUDIO-R to GND when jack isinserted causing the problems with TV out.
I soldered the connector directly to pins 1(GND) and 3(CVBS)on the board jack.

And of course the TV out worked.

So there you go there is a wrong jack installed on board! In order tofix it properly you should find the appropriate jack and replace it.

Hi, Peca.
What script.bin do you use on your OPI PC for TVout - custom or from OrangePI-PC_Ubuntu_Vivid_Mate.img? If custom, may i have it? I still can't make it working.

I used the fex file from Loboris and made changes according to magicse suggestions that I put the link in first post. Then converter it to bin with fex2bin.
If Im not wrong this is the script.bin I used.
script.bin
Rename it to script.bin

Thanks, Peca. But the patient has not recovered. I connected my digital oscilloscope directly to 1 and 3 pads - signal has not changed.
Only syncro pulse and colour synchro burst, without brightness component. So, no picture. Magic.

[EDIT]
Patient has recovered. I forget to load module tv. Now picture is present. Thank you very much!

I am glad you got it working. How is the picture quality? On my lousy tv picture quality was poor and there was some overscan.

My TV picture quality is OK. I explored jack on plate by microscope, nothing special, it's not wrong.
Contacts inside lays on corresponding rings, no interconnections.
But yellow and red connectors are swapped. So, red is video.
