Hello,

don't know if that is a resolution problem. It looks to me like an overscan issue. If your display is a television (is it?), check in the menus if you can set PC-mode, or set overscan to "fixed" or "exact" or something like that.

I assume you're using loboris' ubuntu image.
You can find in the boot partition of the burned sd card different script.bin files.
It is sufficient to rename script.bin.OPI-PC_720p60 to script.bin to change the resolution at boot time.

You can also set other resolution converting the script.bin files into .fex, manually editing them and reconverting to .bin files using fex2bin and bin2fex utilities from sunxi-tools, but it requires some linux command line knowledge.

cheers for posting this post. I am definitely tired of struggling to find relevant and intelligent commentary on this subject. Everyone nowadays seem to go to extremes to either drive home their viewpoint or suggest that everybody else in the globe is wrong. cheers for your concise and relevant insight.        69vn nhận 169k
