Orange Pi Zero2: Android

I have downloaded Orange Pi Zero2 Image which is Android 10 from http://www.orangepi.org/download ... f0604d5230351.html.

adb shell am start -a android.settings.BLUETOOTH_SETTINGS
Above command  is failing it is not initiating the BlueTooth Settings and even calling  startActiivty( new Intent(Settings.ACTION_BLUETOOTH_SETTINGS) is
also failing.

I want to initiate Bluetooth settings from ADB or through App, this is failing here.
Do you have any other Android Image which is taken care, all these issues.
or
Do we have any Android Image for Andriod 7 / Android 8 or Android 10.
