How can I overclock the CPU on my Oreange Pi 4? I am using the Ubuntu operating system, downloaded from orangepi.org - OrangePi_4_ubuntu_bionic_desktop_linux4.4.179_v1.4.
Currently, regardless of the number of cores used, the CPU clock speed is 1200 MHz. In the SBC description I see information that the CPU can work up to 2000 MHz. Currently, it is only 58°C at full load, so I think that there is chance for overclocking.

Thx. But this is still Bionic build, which I have right now. Does this version of Armbian have any additional CPU overclocking tools? I can't find any good Orange Pi 4 tutorial or RK3399 at all.

Finally, I was able to change the clock speed of my processor.
You need to edit the cpufrequtils.
Set governor policy to performance.
Set min and max to more than the one of threshold in /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies.

I am using 1.4 GHz wtih all small cores and 1.6 GHz with all big cores. System is stable while stressing CPU in 100%. SBC has extra alu heatsink on CPU with 20 mm 12 V fan running on 5V line. In 23 ambient temperature CPU temp. is reported as 59. As a power supply I am using usb power charger 2.4 A. Reported power usage is at 7 W.
