Use WiringOP on android os

i have an "Orange-pi pc"
i have installed official android os on it
but my problem is that i can not work with wiringOp and i can not use spi,i2c,....
another problem is that my touchscreen ( 7inch waveshare display) not working ( screen works but touch does not)
i try to compile "wiringOp" with ndk and use it on android but i can not success
i have searched many times to find a guid for using gpio on Android
but i can not find any understandable tutorial
i just find this linksome times ago but i can not understand
should i compile wiringOP as loadable kernel module?
should i try to compile it with ndk again?
should i put it anywere in aosp android source code and compile my custom rom?
how should i resolve this hardware/driver issus on android os?
