PI PC PLUS not booting

Hello
I have an orange pi pc plus.
I tried to boot from sd card , but it doesn't boot, and the yellow light is on , so as the ethernet lights are on.
when i remove the sd card and boot to emmc, it boots but none of the applications work. when i click on them they simply not open
any help ?

Thank you for your reply.
So, regarding the OS : I am downloading them fro mthe official website of the orange pi OS.
I used Win32 disk imager to copy the os on the sd card ( I am used to do that in the OPi and with the RPi )
Regarding your third question , I have tried all of them. (that are available in the website).
Finally, this SBC will be used for products inspection, computer vision application in industrial environment as part of my end of studies project and for an other personal project.

Dude, I can't log in to do the update and the upgrade , and I tried 2 different sd cards but same problem
the lights remain like that , black screen , even mouse and keyboard don't get signal or light

I used 2 type pf power : computer usb , and 5v 2A charger (of a huawei phone).
It seems that the board, when booting, get frozen, since  in normal boot, the ethernet lights should be turned off and not kept turned on . (there is NO video output, the mouse and keyboard don't get power)
