How much Orange Pi PC gives power on pins (amps)?

I want to connect an I2C OLED display (from 3.3 to 5 volts, ??? amps) + 3 buttons to my Orange Pi PC. It currently powers from 5V 1A Xiaomi power brick + USB to barrel jack cable.
So how much amperes does the power pins on expansion port give?

My guess would be that the 5V line is directly shorted to the expansion port. However the current is limited due to voltage drop across the board.
