No power on USB J1 on Orange PI 3G-IOT

Hello,
I am testing 3G-IOT, all work android, lcd , touchpad, 3G but I want plug a keyboard and/or a mouse.
It detect nothing (keyboard, flashdrive, mouse)
I have measure supply on this USB and I have 0V, no 5V...

Is there a parameter to activate it?
Or is my board defective?
