Getting H5 Mali450 GPU Drivers?

It seems that the general expectation is for the SBC vendor to secure Mali binary blobs for the Allwinner chips.  Specifically I'm currently using the H5 on the orange pi one plus 2, however I could also use the other H5 board.  I am not sure how to get the ball rolling to get some userspace blobs for your SBCs.

Is it possible for you to request userspace mali blobs for the H5 chips?
