setting up ethernet static IP and loopback

I have setup my static ethernet IP using nmtui.

When I run route I don't see 127.0.0.1 or the localhost:
root@house:~# route

When I run ifconfig I get:

What I am finding is that I cannot "see" my OPiZ on my device list on my router BUT I seem to be able to get out to internet with a ping.

So, I am suspecting that I want to change my MASK for "lo" above?  Should it be 255.255.255.0 also?

Connections that nmcli seems to "know about" are:

root@house:~# nmcli con show
NAME                UUID                                  TYPE            DEVICE
Wired connection 1  de83b5ce-f937-4ded-973a-57651aae40f2  802-3-ethernet  eth0

I can't find instruction on how to use nmtui to set up loopback.

Any suggestions please?

If you don't think that is why my device cannot be "seen" in the devices list on my router please suggest something.  Note the problem seemed intermittant as I can occasionally "see" the OPiZ in the router's device list.
