Orange OS not working on opipc+

Hello everybody,

I tried to flash the original Orange OS (Android) on my new pipc+ board many times (few times with Win32Diskmanager and few times with  SDFormatter).
The OS is booting, i can see the standard chinese overview, can change the language to english or in my case to german.
Then an update message appears. I can do the update and tadaaa, can't swipe to settings anymore, can't open any app, can't do nothing.

A reboot doesn't change anything.

Is there a solution for my problem?
