Consulting paid services needed

Hi we need some help to put steroids on a project, we need to fix an orange pi plus 2 using the following:

Orange Pi Plus 2
UPS Pico http://www.modmypi.com/raspberry ... pi-modules/ups-pico (uses pins 8&10 for RS232, pins PA0(13) and PA3(15) and I2C)
2x Serial devices (we're using pins 38&40 for ttyS1 succesfully but we can put 2 serial working together, hopefully using PA01 for a GPS feed that uses just Rx)
