I'd guess he uses a powerful CPU (like an i9 or Ryzen 7) for encoding and multitasking, a good graphics card (like an RTX 30 series) for high-resolution games, and plenty of RAM (32GB or more) for smooth operation.  Knowing the exact model numbers would be ideal, but this gives you a starting point for building a similar setup for your own streams!
