New RKNPU2 driver

Hi,

I have an orangepi 5 plus board (RK3588) and I installed the 1.0.8 ubuntu image. Upon checking I found the RKNPU2 driver version is 0.8.8. The latest RKNPU2 documentation said it better be later than 0.9.2. So I am writing to see if that's provided (also appreciate on instructions on how to update it).
