orange pi 5 android 12 1.0.2 - 1.0.3 standby bug

iam esperiencing a bad bug on orange pi 5 running android (1.0.2 or 1.0.3 got the same bug).

if i enable the display standby timer or if i press the standby button, the board freeze for a while then reboot.
i tried any kind of installation (1.0.2, 1.0.3, sata ssd, sd card) all with the same result.
the funny thing is that orange pi os (that is android too) does not have this bug.
is anyone experiencing this bug?
it's planned to be resolved?
it's a kinda invalidating bug...

looks like no one care if android image for orange pi 5 is useless...
