Perhaps the reason for this is the low-power power supply.
Today I will try to connect the power supply to the 3A.

I was able to make a sound.
- I have added my user to the following groups: audio, pulse, pulse-access, usbmuxd, users, video
- Reboot
- And run command:  amixer set -c 0 'Audio lineout' unmute

But the sound via HDMI playback periodically freezes. TV ponisaet only LPCM. A feeling that the sound server has time to rewrite the cache.
