Orange Pi vs. Raspberry Pi 3 B+

Hello to everyone
Raspberry Pi 3 B + GPIO pins have a hardware connected via the link below:

pi1541 Driver Emulation hardware on the Raspberry pi

Loading Raspberry Pi firmware for operation. This is a hardware called pi141 that performs the Floppy Disk emulation on the Commodore 64 computer.
As for my question, can I use my Orange Pi PC card instead of Raspberry Pi in this hardware?
